You have 30 days after receiving your package to return your order.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. There should be no visible signs of wear. **All accessories, sale items, and items purchased with a promo code of 15% and up are final sale. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back. Returns that do comply with your above policy, will be refunded back to their original payment method. Customer will be responsible for fees of shipping item(s) back to us.
Magnolia Belle is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
